Jewish Leadership Rooted in Camp and Community
Jewish Leadership Rooted in Camp and Community
Consulting, strategy, and rabbinic services driven by relationship & impact
Embedded Files
I work with Jewish camps and camp-centered organizations to strengthen leadership, design meaningful programs, and build communities that last.
As a rabbi and trusted partner, I support both institutions and individuals, helping leaders make thoughtful decisions, guiding teams through complexity, and weaving Jewish meaning into daily practice and pivotal moments.
Beyond my organizational work, I serve as a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator, partnering with couples to build strong foundations for their lives together. Through evidence-based assessment and Jewish wisdom, I guide those preparing for marriage or looking to deepen their relationship through a process of discovery and growth.
Farming is hard work. Building a farm at camp is even harder. And, I learned how to turn a big dream into the GOAT program!
